Salt Lake Valley – Frogger Five

Length: 45 Minutes

That THANG:

5 stations
1st station- WARM UP: 5 pushups, 5 Big girl sit ups, 5 squats, and 5 burpees (only for warm up)
Run to the next station
10 pushups, 10 Big girl sit ups, 10 squats.
Then running to the next station and next adding 5 reps each station.
15 of each, 20 of each, and 25 of each.
Back to start, doing it all a second time.
All in all, we did just over a mile running, 150 pushups, 150 Big girl sit ups, 150 squats, and 10 burpees!
