The Thang:
40’s are 11’s on crack. On one side you start with 10 reps and on the other side you start with 30 reps total of both sides always equal 40.

Round 1
Trouble U (start with 10 reps)
Walking Plank (mode of transport)
Around the World
Jog back and begin next set of 15 & 25 keep going until you get back to set of 30 & 10.

Round 2
Beasty Ballerina (pile squat w/calf raise and bicep curl)
Lieutenant Dan’s (Mode of transport)
Lateral Raise with side leg lift (switch legs Half way through set)
jog back begin next set of 15 & 25 keep going until you get back to set of 30 & 10.

Goal Post Press
High Knee Skips
Scarecrows
High knee Skips begin next set of 15 & 25 keep going until you get back to set of 30 & 10.
