Warm up: Take a long lap, then have PAX complete 5 reps of each exercise to be sure everyone understands the workout.

Tha Thang:
4 corners 7s workout:

Start with 6 reps of the first exercise, then 1 rep of the second exercise. Next, do 5 of the first and 2 of the second. Then 4 & 3, 3 & 4, 2 & 5, and 1 & 6. Take a lap, then move on to the next corner. After you’ve hit all 4 corners, start back with the second pair of exercises in that corner. Repeat until time runs out!

Corner 1:
Round 1: Step Ups / Dips
Round 2: Split squats / Tick Tocks

Corner 2:
Round 1: Push ups / Monkey Humpers
Round 2: Lunge Hops / Windmills

Corner 3:
Round 1: Overhead press / squats with weighted twist
Round 2: Curls / Dead Lifts

Corner 4:
Round 1: Bicycle crunches / Shoulder Taps
Round 2: Dry docks / Russian Twists
