Albemarle – The parking space workout

Length: 45 minutes

Find a place to wall sit – PAX wall sit, Q Go over ALL moves with Modifications
Count PAX off to 10

Stations:

1. Chest to ground Burpee

2. Bands (ankle) Side steps 10 out 10 back or do sparky crabs

3. Boat Canoe

4. Squat /Bicep/ shoulder press

5. Plank (middle /side/side)

6. Jump shots

7. Zebra 10,10

8. Brooke burkes

9. Drops (Knee, knee , ankle, ankle, drop)

10. Raggedy Ann’s

1st round – 1:15 each spot, :30 rest/switch = 17:30
Run a big Lap – shake it out.
2nd round – 45 secs each spot, 0.20 sec rest/switch (10:50)
