The Thang:
Find a large circle area to run or mark off area in a parking lot
Partner up
Partners Run in opposite directions, When you meet your partner stop do the following:
10 tricep dips
10 Cross body Mountain Climbers
10 IYW Supermans
10 Russian twists (1,1)
Get up and carry on in your same direction
When you meet again do 9 reps, then 8 reps, then 7…. Until 1
When complete – switch partners up go again!
Start with 6 reps second round- 45 minute WO (do full 10 again if an hour workout)
