Hold yoga mat over head like a pizza, when knocked off, unroll the mat and do a burpee
CIRCUIT ONE – EACH EXERCISE 45 SECONDS:
* inch worms
* shoulder tap planks
* Pogo jump right leg
* Pogo jump left leg
* in and outs
* high knees
TABATA ONE: 20 SECONDS ON / 10 SECONDS REST/ REPEAT 4X:
* wide arm push-up’s
* seated triceps dips
TABATA TWO: 20 SECONDS ON/ 10 SECONDS REST/ REPEAT 8X
* jump squat
