We started this Friyay off at Easy Street with a bit of a muggy morning but not too hot. Didn’t seem as dark out as usual, so we took advantage of that and ran to several different parking lots to use as our dance studios!!
We did 15 of the following in cadence
Arm Circles (both directions)
We ran to rear parking lot where we did squat holds to “Flowers” (Bring Sally Up).
Then ran to another rear parking lot and did burpees to “Roxanne” (running in place until burpee)
We ran back to front parking lot where we did the Ring of Fire with the following in groups of 4-5 pax
10 reps of each per pax until all completed (rest of ring held pose) then ran in place until all rings were done
To finish up, we ran to flag pole and back and then planked for 30 second
