Working Those Weights Backblast

We had a big crowd this morning and enjoyed a few girl power tunes while doing weightlifting combination moves.

45 seconds each exercise 
Run in place
Jumping jacks
Mountain climbers
high kick both hands
Lunge twists
Side to side squats

3 rounds of 8 exercises
14 Push Ups
14 Dead Lifts + Reverse Flys
10 Single Arm Pullovers + Opposite Leg Raises (repeat on each side)
14 Squats + Ventral Raises
14 Alternating Lunges +Row Kickbacks
14 Squat Crosses + Presses (single arm up)
14 Alternating Lunges + Torso Rotations
14 Crunches with Cross Punches (legs up)

Cool down/stretch

COT: We had a lot to pray for and a lot to be thankful for this morning. Please pray for an ailing grandfather, teenagers making good choices, family member health issues, peace, positivity, people without people to pray for them, healthy pets, those who are abused in any way.
