We headed over to “Sam Hill” (I have dubbed it thee now) to do some hill work. The hill was getting a little lonely and thought that we have enough newbies that haven’t experienced ‘Sam Hill’ and they needed to be introduced! It was a great morning. Weather was cool – about 48 degrees and the workout was simple, yet sneakily exhausting!
Run down to the top of stairs/bottom of the hill. Begin 11s as a loooooong warm up!
11’s: Burpees/180 squat jumps. Begin 10 – Burpees at bottom, run backwards up hill and do 1 – 180 squat jumps DC and run forward down hill. Repeat 9 and 2, 8 and 3, 7 and 4,….always equaling 11.
The Main Course:
Lt. Dan style: Spidermans DC/Air Presses. 1 DC Spidermans and then run backwards up hill and do 4 Air Presses and run forward down hill. Repeat with a multiplier of 4 for each. 2 and 8, 3 and 12, 4 and 16…..and we ALL got to 10 and 40! So proud.
