PAX will work out with weights with no-weight exercises incorporated. PAX will also RUN in-between sessions.

Session 1:

  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Bicep Curls with Weights
  • 20 Tricep kick-backs with weights
  • 20 squat and curl with weights
  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 40 Russian Twists with Weight
  • RUN (distance)

Session 2:

  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Wide-Squats and press with Weights
  • 20 Shoulder lateral raises with Weights
  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Tri-cep Extension with Weights
  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Overhead Crunches with Weight
    • RUN (distance)

Session 3:

  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Curtsy lunges with Weight
  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Lying Chest Fly’s with Weights
  • 20 Straight Leg Dead lifts with Weights
  • 40 Russian Twists with Weight
  • RUN

 

Session4:

  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Dead-lifts with a bicep curl
  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Bent over-rows with weights
  • 20 Standing Calf raises
  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Russian Twists
  • 20 Overhead Sit ups with weights
  • Run
