Weighted Tabata Tuesday

Four PAX got #bettertogether on Tuesday for a weighted workout, tabata style!

Warm Up – Overhead reach, jump rope, cherry pickers, arm circles

We completed 9 tabatas with 2 exercises each, alternating.

  1. Weighted squats & weighted skaters
  2. Seated crossover punch & double crunch press
  3. Overhead press & weighted burpees
  4. Chest press & fly
  5. Bicep curls & tricep kickbacks
  6. Skull crusher & weighted glute bridge
  7. Weighted lunge w/ twist & Punches
  8. Weighted donkey kick/hydrant combo & plank rows
  9. Woodchop & goblet squats

Finished with COT.
