Hello weekend!! With bad weather predicted I wasn’t sure how many PAX we would have or what the weather was going to day. As I pulled in, it was great to see so many ladies heading to their cars from posting at 7am. The rain held off and Mother Nature sent us an intermittent cool breeze.
We did some jumping jacks, high knees, windmills, and tinman to warm up.
First we started with 30 minutes of work and 10 seconds of rest. After each set we ran to the loop and back. X3 all exercises could be done on ground or tables.

Next we repeated twice using tables
20 1 leg lunge (step ups as modification)
20 plank to elbow (alt sides)
20 Mountain Climbers
20 Star side planks
