Saturday morning started out with loud thunder and pouring rain. Thankfully, the thunder passed and we were able to workout. It was still raining so we took shelter under a small covered area at the high school. It wasn’t the greatest space to workout but we made it happen. Since it was raining, we kept it to an interval workout that we could do in a small space. We were able to make it through 2 1/2 rounds. We had a few pax that were too afraid to try jumping onto the plyo box and I tried my best to convince them it was safe…I’m guessing that when I got distracted and missed my jump and split my leg open, it didn’t help much. Thankfully, we have a great P.A. that works out with us and after the workout, she took me over to her office and fixed up the gash on my shin.
The thang: 1 minute work/20 seconds rest
Battle Rope, mountain climbers, tricep ext. with resistance band, kettlebell swings, jump rope, sandbag squats, one legged deadlifts, bicep curls with resistance band, renegade rows, box jumps, pushups, squat jump in & out touch down with resistance loop, plank jack with resistance loop
We ended with COT and a trip to the doctors office for me. LOL.
