5 Pax met to get down and dirty with a little UNO-Ruck style beat down!
Warm Up: Jog in place, high knees, butt kicks, arm circles front & back.
Mosey to the back corner of the baseball field.
Round 1: Each person drew an Uno calrd from the deck. Each color represented an exercise and the number on the card was the total of reps. AMRAP 15 minutes
Red- sandbag throw burpees
Green- Flutter kicks holding ruck (number on the card multiplied by 2)
Yellow- Push Ups (with or without ruck)
Blue- Squats with ruck or sandbag (number on the card multiplied by 5)
Wild- Run around the baseball field.
Round 2: Same rules as above. AMRAP 15 minutes
Red- Cleans with sandbag (40 or 60 lb)
Green- Big girl Sit Ups with Ruck (number on card multiplied by 2)
Yellow- Bent over row with sandbag or ruck (number on card multiplied by 5)
Blue- deadlifts with sandbag or ruck (number on card multiplied by 5)
Wild- bearcrawl with ruck
Round 3: Pax strapped on a ruck or sandbag and rucked around the park including ‘the hill’.
