What an awesome way to start my birthday morning?!? Eight wonderful and amazing FiAs (two were FNGs) came to get their day started with a workout. Woot woot!!

The Thang –
I decided that today would be all about Triple Nickels. 🙂 For anyone that doesn’t know what a Triple Nickel routine is – perform two exercise for a set of five each then do five sets. For extra difficulty add stairs or hills – today I added stairs between each exercise and a lap around the soccer field between each set of Triple Nickels.
