Total Body Cardio and Plank Extravaganza Backblast

We were 10 strong this morning for some fat-burning cardio and a plank extravaganza.

Warm-up Lap

Cardio Round
Each exercise is 45 Seconds Active, 15 Seconds Rest. Repeat each set of 2 twice. 

2 Jumping Jacks, Walkdowns
Knee + Kick + Squat

Lateral Burpees (side to side)
Crab Up & Outs

Swinging Lunges (reverse lunge)
Row Tuck Reach (plank position, row, reach and twist)

Squat + Knee lift
Mountain Climbers

Split Lunge Pulses
Bird dog crunches

Side Lunge Hops
Single leg hip raises

Core Round
Plank shoulder taps, 20
Downward dog taps, 20
Plank up downs, 10 alternating
Plank to dolphin, 10
Downward dog leg up, 10 each side
Plank jack, 10
Plank hops, 10

COT: Family member health, kids navigating high school and the world, work issues, prevention of physical injuries, sanity, parenting dilemmas, making good decisions.
