7 PAX rallied together for this sunny Saturday workout! Lots of running to the fence and back. We clocked more than 2 miles total.

Warm up (forward arm circles, reverse arm circles, seal clap)

The Thang

10 flutter kicks, hold (legs raised) and count to 10 – repeat

1 min plank

TO THE FENCE!

20 russian twists

20 leg lifts

TO THE FENCE!

10 scissors, hold (legs raised) and count to 10 – repeat

1 min plank

TO THE FENCE!

10 squats, hold for 10, repeat (3x for a total of 30 squats)

30-sec pulsing squats

TO THE FENCE!

20 donkey kicks per leg

20 glute bridges

TO THE FENCE!

10 sumo squats, hold for 10, repeat (3x for a total of 30 squats)

30 sec pulsing squats

TO THE FENCE!

Rinse and repeat

Pick an ab – each PAX called out an ab exercise, did each one for a minute

Name-o-rama — Strawberry had been before but needed a name! Named her after her fave Mets player. Plus she has ginger-y hair 🙂

COT and done right at 8:30! Good work ladies!
