8 PAX took charge of their Monday, starting at 5am at the #grassyknoll.
Warm-Up: Lap around the park, as Beaker gets organized (bc I overslept!!)
The Thang: Glitter Bomb’s workout last Thursday at 8:45 was so good, that I thought I’d bring it to the 5amers today (with just a couple tweaks).
Do each exercise for 50 seconds, with a 10 second rest. Six exercises per round, dropping the first exercise each time (so you do exercises 1-6, then 2-7, then 3-8, etc.); 30 second recovery between rounds.

We made it through 6 of the 7 rounds, then stopped to name our FNG! Welcome, Thriller! We all couldn’t believe how light it was when we finished; summer is officially here, I guess.
