Warm-o-rama: 20 IC cherry pickers (my fav!), 30 IC sungods, 20 IC toy soldiers
The Thang: Partner up; one runs and one does exercise; 5 sets, 3 exercises per set. Run is at least one minute, so at least one minute per exercise. Each set works butt, arms, and core.
1st set: Squats, push ups, reverse crunches
2nd set: reverse lunges, tricep dips, scissors in V-position
3rd set: curtsy lunges, crab walks, side plank – left
4th set: donkey kicks, chest ups, side plank – right
5th set: leg lifts, airplane extensions, crunches (feet together, knees out)
