It was yet another scorcher…89 on an October Friday afternoon.  We made the most of the heat and had a great workout.


High Knees, Butt kickers, Toy Soldiers, Good Mornings, Arm Circles

The Thang:


10 Burpees plus a lap

20 Merkins plus a lap

30 Tricep dips plus a lap

40 Shoulder taps plus a lap

50 Back Lunges plus a lap

60 Squats plus a lap

70 LBCs plus a lap

80 Arm circles plus a lap

90 Mountain Climbers plus a lap

100 Jump Overs plus a lap

Followed by a round of 7s with Jumping Jacks and Monkey Humpers

Ring of fire with Pax holding plank while burpees and jumping jacks were complete

Finish with Sun Salutations with extra holds for stretching.
