The 20 19

We were 9 PAX strong for the second time this week on a blustery January morning.

Warmup: front arm circles, back arm circles, seal claps, through the tunnels, toy soldiers (we didn’t count, gasp, as I explained the workout while we warmed up!)

The Thang:

Do each set of 20 and 19 moves, then run/jog/walk approx 50 yards and do the next set of 20 – 19. We did one move from each category (arms, legs, abs, misc.) then went back around until all moves had been done.

20 bicep curls
19 tricep kickbacks

20 front raises
19 overhead presses

20 fly
19 overhead tricep raises

20 pushups
19 hammer curls

20 squats
19 heels up calf raises (not really sure what I was thinking! Maybe regular calf raises)

20 standing side leg lifts (each side)
19 sumo squats

20 back lunges (each side)

19 toy soldiers

20 side lunges (each side)
19 squats (PAX choice)

20 crunches
19 reverse crunches

20 penguins
19 bicycle crunches

20 double leg lifts
19 hello dollys

20 bridges
19 sit ups

20 monkey humpers
19 Imperial walkers

20 side kicks (each side)
19 Raggedy Anns

20 seal claps
19 burpees (JK, give me 10)

20 second plank
19 HOLD your plank for another 19 seconds J
