Thankful Turkey Games

Pax of seven faced a cold 31* and clear morning to give thanks and play some games.

2. Warm Up: Step side to side, knee hugs, inner thigh stretch, jumping jacks, butt kicks, high Knees

3. WORKOUT: Pax broke up into two groups to play UNO and Rummy. Between rounds each member took a moment to write what they are thankful for on a leaf and pasted it to a tree drawn a large poster board.

  • UNO: play
    • Draw 5 cards each round
    • complete the number of reps of each exercise acording to the number and color of each card
    • Yellow-sit ups
    • Green-plank jacks
    • Blue-push ups
    • Red-squats
    • Action cards 10 of your choice
  • Rummy
    • Draw 5 cards each round
    • King, Queen, Jack-10
    • Dimonds-tripcep dips
    • Heart-lunges
    • Clubs-burpees
    • Spades-crunches
    • Joker or Ace-run a lap

4. Cool Down

Arm Swings, wide toe touch, squatting glute stretch, inside inner thighs, lunging butt and hip flexor, standing quad, side bend, arm cross shoulder, overhead triceps

5. Count-O-Rama

7. One new FNG- Jillian/Llama
