It was a beautiful start to Memorial Day on Easy Street as the American flag flew in the background of our patriotic sweat party. It was an awesome turnout for a holiday (24 pax)! We even got to welcome two friendly new girls and initiate them into our addictive group. Luckily, we didn’t get a disturbing the peace violation as we rocked this workout in beast mode.
Thunderstruck – jumping jacks during and a burpee for any “thunder”
Run 1/3 mile to playground
25 pull ups
50 push ups
Run 1/3 mile back to parking lot

We split into four groups to make this more manageable for 20+ ladies
Each area had three listed exercises. You would do 21 reps of one then bear crawl to the next station. You would bear crawl to each station three times completing 21 rep of each exercise listed below
Lunges (each leg)
Squat Kicks (alternate)
Jab Cross Combo
Donkey Kicks (each leg)
We ran back to the flag pole for (COT) our name-o-rama, Memorial Day devo and prayer.
Half group stayed for 3 miles around the track and then coffeeteria at Starbucks.
