Good Morning!

We made it to midweek! Just think tomorrow is exactly one month until Spring is here! We have almost made it through the winter.   This is the workout we did on this chilly morning. Thanks for joining me ladies!

WARMUP

  • one song workout – Umbrella.  stretch then burpee during chorus – hey, hey, hey, hey!

THE NITTY GRITTY  –  ONE MINUTE EACH EXERCISE:

CARDIO:

  • one minute jumping jacks
  • one minute high knees
  • one minute butt kickers
  • one minute squat jumps
  • one minute mtn climbers

STRENGTH:

  • one minute backwards lunge
  • one minute squat with overhead press
  • one minute squat with punches
  • one minute squat with side stretches
  • one minute wall sit

CARDIO:

  • one minute jumping jacks
  • one minute high knees
  • one minute butt kickers
  • one minute squat jumps
  • one minute mtn climbers

ARMS:

  • one minute push-up’s
  • one minute triceps dips
  • one minute plank
  • one minute Carolina dry docks
  • one minute robot arms

CARDIO:

  • one minute jumping jacks
  • one minute high knees
  • one minute butt kickers
  • one minute squat jumps
  • one minute mtn climbers

AB’S : 

  • one minute slow bicycle crunches
  • one minute Russian twists
  • one minute little baby crunches
  • one minute leg lifts
  • one minute scissors
