Warm Up: 15 Windmills IC, 20 Twisted Mountains IC
Sixes: We ran part of the Hub’s loop & stopped at every bench along the way. First Bench we did 5 Burpees (with push ups) / 1 Push up. Next bench, 4 Burpees / 2 Push ups, etc. We ran hard to each bench and completed exercises, but did plank variations while we waited for everyone to finish (ex: plank, plank jacks, shoulder taps, etc) Ran back to start – finished with Jail Break.
