Simple=Marvelous

Warm-Up:

  • 25 jumping jacks IC
  • 10 squat kicks IC (forward and side)

Quick mosey before getting into our Doras

The Thang:

Dora Round 1: runner goes to 2nd island and stops for 20 calf raises

  • 100 Renegade Rows with push-up (row, row, push-up =1)
  • 200 weighted squats
  • 300 American Hammers with weights (HC)

Dora Round 2: runner goes to 2nd island and does cross, cross, upper cut jab (20 HC)

  • 75 Forward/backward lunge with a Press (one or two weights) (HC)
  • 100 Side Lunges with weights (HC)
  • 300 LBCs

Dora Round 3: completed together because of time

  • 50 Tricep Kick-Backs (everyone counted 10)
  • 50 Sumo Pulse Squats with 30 second hold at end
  • 50 Brooke Burkes (hip dips HC)

“It is always the simple that produces the marvelous”…no need to over complicate some things 🙂 Simple workout, but now we are feeling MARVELOUS!!! Happy Wednesday.
