Planks for Days Backblast

Bones led a great workout. Though there were planks, planks and more planks, cursing was kept to a minimum.

WARM UP:

Stair snake and jog one lap

THE THANG:

Tabata (20 seconds work, 10 second rest)

Squats with weights

Walking lunges with weights

Curtsy lunges on right with weights

Curtsy lunges on left with weights

Burpees

 

One minute wall sit

 

More Tabata

Plie squats with weights

Step ups with right leg

Steps with left leg

Bicycle crunches

 

One lap and repeat tabata

 

15 push ups

15 tricep dips

30 second planks

30 second V sit with pull iins

60 second planks

10 frog push ups

10 tricep dips

30 second elbow plank with toe walking

30 second V sit with oblique twists

10 narrow grip push ups

30 second side plank on right

30 second side plank on left

30 second elbow plank with rainbow hips
