Welcome back, Diamond!!!!! I did a repeat of last month’s session since I hadn’t been there in a while and soccer kept me out until 11:30 last night… Spring was in the air again this morning, it was a fabulous 50 degrees when we started our workout. I can’t speak for the other ladies, but it sure didn’t take long for my body temperature to rise! Whew! We focused on core and strength conditioning. Got through three full rounds.
Intro and disclaimer
Suicide runs- 30 seconds
Bunny hops- 30 seconds
Toy Soliders- 30 seconds
Over head side stretches- 30 seconds
Now on to the good stuff. We did each exercise for 30 seconds with a 20 second rest after 4 exercises:
V Plank toe touches
Plank with leg lifts
Plank with diagonal kick (those were kicking my butt, literally!!!)
Plank with hip dips
Little Baby crunches
Knee to Elbows
180 squat jumps
Globe squat jumps (box jumps)
Complete series two more times.
