I am not sure about the other ladies but I was feeling the results of this workout well before breakfast that morning!

10 Arm circles forward/backwards
We were under the shelter due to weather so we stayed on one end with the pickup sticks on the other. We took turns doing walking lunges down to pickup a stick. The person going to get a stick gave the group an exercise to complete in the mean time and give a number that we would have to do the exercise on the stick before seeing it. Once back with the pickup stick we completed the exercise the number of times given. Here are the excises from the sticks we completed!
