Warmup: Slow Butt Kickers, Jumping Jacks (10c), Cherry Pickers (10 c), Open/Close the Gates, Big Arms Circles (F & B)

Ran long way around back of church to portico

Did each exercise for 1 min, rest 10 secs before moving on to next exercise:

Set 1:  Plank, Cross Punches, Upper Cuts, Arms Scissors, Small Arm Circles – forward, Small Arm Circles – backward, Arm Ups, Moroccan Night Clubs, Tricep Pulses

Set 2: Plank, High Knees, Stair Toe Taps, Step Up & Downs, Mountain Climbers, Peter Parkers, Cricket Crunches (aka Parker Peters), Reverse Plank, Inchworms

Being that today is National Eat Your Vegetables Day, we were going to do ABC abs where we spell out a vegetable that starts with the same letter as our FiA name, but we ran out of time, so we finished with stretching and COT.
