PAYDAY Ultimate Backblast

7 PAX came out for an Ultimate PAYDAY workout.  They left it all out on the pavement….can’t say we didn’t pay our dues today.  Here’s what we did:

WARMUP: 10 in cadence – Windmills, Toy Soldiers, Jumping Jacks, (5) Inch worms; arm circles

THE THANG:

100 Squats
10 BURPEES
90 sit-ups
10 BURPEES
80 mountain climbers
10 BURPEES
70 lunges
10 BURPEES
60 bicycle crunches
10 BURPEES
50 leg raises
10 BURPEES
40 plank to elbow/up downs
10 BURPEES
30 crunches
10 BURPEES
20 pushups
10 BURPEES
10 supermans

7 min jog to the traffic circle and back.  We worked hard but completed the Ultimate workout with time to spare.
