Warm-up:
Windmills, 10ic
Cotton pickers, 10ic
J’jax, 10ic
10 skaters

The drill is AMRAP format…
Each round has some core exercises, AMRAP it for 5:00. Then a 1:00 Cardio burst, followed by a lap around the mini-block.
Round 1:
20 starfish taps (10/side)
10 side plank dips
other side
20 oblique cross over crunch (figure 4 crunch, 10/side)
BURST: 1:00 mtn climbers
Run…

Round 2:
10 plank down-ups
20 bird-dog crunches (10/side)
20 bicycles (2:1)
BURST: 1:00 burpee w/tuck jumps
Run…

Round 3:
same exercises as R1
BURST: 1:00 mogul jumps
Run…

Round 4:
same exercises as R2
BURST: 1:00 pickups
TIME! No run…

Fact: 5:00 goes by so much more quickly than 1:00!
It was a HUMID, icky, sticky morning, but happy we have a good turn out – welcome to Fruit Loops, glad I was able to meet her!
