9 PAX gathered for a Saturday morning traveling workout. We ran from #thelaunchpad over to Raisse Wicker Park tennis courts to use the rocks and cinderblocks located there for our workout.
Warm-up: after the run we did some arm circles, cherry pickers, and windmills for warmup.
The thang: We partnered up and Partner A did an exercise while Partner B carried a weight around the tennis courts. We had available 7lb, 8lb, 15lb, or boulders of various weights, or cinderblocks that are approx 30lbs. When Partner B made it back then Partner A carried a weight and Partner B did the reps.

The person carrying the weight alternated rounds between carrying overhead, farmer carry right, farmer carry left.
This was popular as it allowed each woman to work at her own pace (even though there were some calls for their partners to walk faster – especially during burpees and plank).
