On Thursday We Tabata

Six PAX came out tonight to power through this body weight Tabata on a warm and muggy evening at the Corner. We had a few sprinkles (the wet ones, not the pax) and a rainbow!

Warm Up

Go around the circle, each PAX give an exercise, repeat each exercise ten times until we are warm.
