After a slightly grueling leg workout the previous Saturday, we needed something to level things out a bit so the upper body got a good workout in with this one.

12 Windmills IC

The Thang: (with weights)

12 Goblet Squats
12 Deadlifts w/backrow
10 Pushups
20 Tricep Dips
30 Bicep Curls
60-second Plank
20 Bicycle Crunches
20 Overhead reach w/leg lower (10/side)
20 Bridge w/chest press (stay up in bridge during press)
60-second Plank
