Warm up

Beehive:

Ladder workout (20-10, count down by 2)-

20 push ups, sit ups, and squats

18 push ups, sit ups, and squats

16 push ups, sit ups, and squats

14 push ups, sit ups, and squats

12 push ups, sit ups, and squats

10 push ups, sit ups, and squats

Jazzy:

14 hammer curls holding a squat/ ITY raises x2

14 shoulder presses with single arm and single leg/  tricep kick-back in plank x 2

14 calf raises/ bent over rows x2

14 v-ups/bicycle crunches x2

 

Cool down-stretch
