Today was actually a pleasant morning on the crystal coast. Breezy and comfortable. The crew worked through many Ladders for a complete workout! I would say we definitely made it to the Top!!!
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 = 10 of each, 9 of each, 8 of each, etc.
Working down, starting with Legs – counting down from 10- Jump Squats, Back lunge with front kick right, back lunge with front kick left, calf raises
Arms – Bicep curls, overhead extensions, shoulder press and side raise
Abs – Bicycles, heels to heaven with heel drops, full body, russian twist.
Finished with actual ladder work – Agility Drills!
