So this isn’t an official post for an official workout because we’re still feeling out this new AO to see if it will meet our needs. So far so good! We are loving life here at Creekside with lots of space, good lighting for morning workouts, and a playground for summer mornings with more sunlight. Here’s to a new AO you guys!

One lap around parking lot
12s and 25s Workout
25 jumping jacks
12 push ups
25 high knees (L+R=1)
12 squat jumps
25 sit ups
25 leg raises
25 triceps dips
12 jump lunges (L+R =1)
12 tuck jumps
25 mountain climbers (yep, L + R =1)
1 minute plank
We finished up with 2 laps around the parking lot and 2 rounds of PAX choice ab circle. Final ab activity was ABC abs (my absolute favorite!)
