Never miss a Monday- credit to LNK Hoops

In spirit of LNK and their recent loss we took a page from Hoops book and boy was it good!

We warmed up with 20 seconds of each exercise:

  • mountain climbers
  • jump rope
  • arm circles
  • cotton pickers
  • butt kickers

We then got down to the thang and did 5 rounds of the following:

  • 10 jump squats
  • 10 overhead presses
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 rows
  • 15 push ups
  • 20 skaters
  • 30 second plank

We then ran the sidewalk to the key and back

Next we did a round of the following:

  • 15 kettlebell swings
  • 10 water bottle hop-overs
  • 30 mountain climbers
  • 15 bicep curls
  • 30 solid gold fire hydrants (15 each side)
  • 30 donkey kicks (15 each side)

We then ran the sidewalk to the key and back

Lastly we did a round of the following:

  • 1 min heels to heaven
  • 1 min superman
  • 30 second star crunch
