Never miss a Monday….

Monday is never an easy day, but meeting up at The Farm with these amazing, strong ladies makes the week so much better. Thanks Regroup for helping me Q today!! Here’s how it went down! Thankfully I made it just in time to catch the tail end of the warm-up (next time I need to set 3 alarms, oh Mondays).


Hokey pokey-

The Thang:

I tried out another fun exercise app, called Wahoo 7 to help keep us on track.

We did the 12 exercises, 30 seconds, 10 sec rest…2 rounds (next time could have done 3 rounds…time is always a tough one)

  1. high knees running in place
  2. squats
  3. push-ups
  4. bicycle crunches
  5. jump squats
  6. step-ups
  7. renegade rows
  8. v-ups
  9. jumping rope
  10. lunges
  11. tricep dips
  12. mountain climbers

Next round:

Pilates/ab/yoga mix

pilates 100

down dog jacks

toe touches

clam shells


yoga stretches

PAX choice abs – 1 PAX runs to the tree and back while other PAX does AMRAP of an ab exercise
Crunchy frog
Plank side hip dips
Reverse crunches
Up down planks

Prayers and Praises:
Teacup – Prayers for safe travels to Dallas, prayers for right direction regarding her eyes, Dad in phase 2 of kidney match
Regroup – Continued prayers for husbands health issues
