Once again all this Hurricane talk distracted me, so we didn’t do a warm-up today…we ran over to the Frye ER parking deck and got right down to business!
Since it was just the 2 of us we agreed it would be safer to stay in the parking deck….
At the entrance of the parking deck, stop and do 10 Burpees
Run up the stairs to the Blue deck, stop and do 20 Mountain Climbers
Run across the deck, stop outside the stairs entrance and do 30 Lunges (15 ea side)
Run down the stairs to the Yellow deck, stop and do 40 Bicycle Crunches
Just to mix things up, we ran a “blank lap” (run the whole circuit, but don’t stop to do the exercises) every other time…
