Memorial Day Stars and Stripes Workout

Warm up:  We started off with a big loop around the very wet parking lot at Rotary Park.  Along the way we “saved” a large raptor just before it almost flew off with Sarge in its talons…


Stars and Stripes workout = 13 exercise, 50 repetitions of each (did 25 of each then repeated a second time)

1 Dips

2 high knees

3 burpees

4 reverse crunch

5 step up/knee lift (on park bench)

6 Sit ups

7 Push ups

8 Toe tap (on park bench)

9 cricket climbers (cross body mountain climbers)

10 pop squats

11 plank rotation

12 froggers

13 carolina dry docks
