Manic Monday

I know what you’re thinking…….Robot got out of bed on a Monday? Is this real life? Doh!

We had a nice bunch of ladies join for a Manic Monday workout. We started off with a Cha Cha Slide Plank Challenge which I wish I had on video. I did my best to explain but as I have little line dance knowledge, my direction likely left much to be desire. Anyways, we planked/hopped/clapped/cha-cha’ed all over and I think felt quite warmed up afterwards!

Today’s thing was 2 rounds of EMOM (every minute on the minute). I planned for us to go 20 minutes or 5 rounds of the 4 exercises but we shortened to 16 for time constraints.


20 Push Ups/Bear Crawl to Cone/Squat with Side Kick/Crab Walk to Mats (repeat)


20 Rosalita’s/Lunge Walk to Cone/20 Cross Cross Pick-Ups/Frog Jump to Mats (repeat)
