8 PAX got together for a HIIT workout with about 2 trillion percent humidity. It wasn’t raining although it looked like we had been through a downpour by the time we were finished.

Warm up:

We partnered up and played a game called gambler. http://www.gamesfitness.com/2015/02/gambler/ We only went to 50 since we used it as our warmup. Our exercises that we wagered on were crunches, push ups, fire hydrants, squats, and burpees. The high number penalty was 3 burpees.

The thang:
Again, today was all about partner work. We kept our partners from warm up and moseyed over to the field where we went through the following exercise. Partner A did reps while Partner B ran to a designated point and back. When Partner B returned they did reps of the same exercise while Partner A ran out and back. Then they moved on to the next exercise. We pretty much all had the same pace and got through #16 before time ran out.

We finished up with a burnout game of Circle of Slap. http://www.gamesfitness.com/2015/11/circle-of-slap/ This was a great workout and would be a huge crowd pleaser with a large group. Will definitely do this again.
