Well, well, spring decided to show up in Aiken! Warm-ish weather and a wonderful breeze mixed with great company made tonight’s workout incredible! I’m leading tomorrow morning so I’m going to make this a short BB so I’m not doubling up tomorrow morning. Here’s what we did…




Warm Up

10 IC Richard Simmons

10 IC Jumping Jacks

10 IC Toy Soldiers

10 IC Air Presses

10 IC Seal Claps

10 IC Arm Circles F&B

10 IC Push ups

10 Sit ups


The Thang


Run to six stations and stop at each to perform 6 reps of the given exercise. Once back to start, do next and so on…

6 stations, 6 exercises, 6 reps

  1. Push ups
  2. Sumo squats
  3. Plank skater hops
  4. Sit ups
  5. Mountain climbers
  6. Jump squats


Time for abs….

6 reps with a 10 sec hold in between

  1. Crunches
  2. Flutterkicks
  3. 60 second plank
  4. Reverse crunches
  5. Bicycles
  6. Penguins (heel touches)


End with the Rear End! 😉

15 donkey kicks each legs

15 fire hydrants with extensions each leg
