High knees, cherry pickers, jumping jacks. overhead leaning stretch, arm circles
A-Z Workout- each move for 1 minute with a 15 second rest in between.
A- alternating back lunge
E- elbow to knee crunch
F- flutter kicks
G- glute bridge
H- High knees
I- inchworm walkout
L- leg circles
M- mountain climbers
N-nothing- quick rest
O- oblique crunch
Q- quick feet
R- Russian twist
T- touch and hop
U- upper cut punch
W- windshield wipers
X- x-abs (hand to opposite foot)
Z- zig zag jumps
After the girls learned their ABCs, we grabbed the closes FIA for partner work.
1 minute quad burner with foot touch
15 leg raises and throws (each person)
30 high five sit ups
BFF glute bridge for as long as you could hold it
We ended with some stretching and lots of water.
We are saying goodbye to our FIA friend Philly as she returns home to France, it was great of her to join us in our workouts while she was here.
