Just Another Tabata Tuesday

8 Ladies came out this abnormally cool morning for a Tabata style workout at Sweat School. Keys even had a tiny little assistant to help her workout and add some resistance! 🙂 Here’s how it went down this 63 degree morning…



Warm Up: Jumping Jacks, Boxing Punches, Daisy Pickers

Thang: 9 exercises in 8 rounds each of 20 seconds of work then 10 seconds rest. 45 second break between each exercise…

1.Weighted Calf Raises (can do one leg at a time for more of a challenge)  2.Overhead Press  3. One leg bridges (alternate legs each round)  4. Tricep Extensions  5. Bicycles  6. Fly (while laying on back)  7. Plank Shoulder Taps (Bird dogs are a good mod if this exercise isnt possible)  8.  Lateral Raises (can use exercise band if dont have weights)  9. J-los

These ladies did an amazing jobs and built some muscle with all that strength work!

We closed with Circle of Trust/ Count-O-Rama/ Name-O-Rama/ FNG naming/ Quick Devo on Getting Over your Past/ Prayer
