Warm Up: Jumping Jacks, Boxing Punches, Daisy Pickers
Thang: 9 exercises in 8 rounds each of 20 seconds of work then 10 seconds rest. 45 second break between each exercise…
1.Weighted Calf Raises (can do one leg at a time for more of a challenge) 2.Overhead Press 3. One leg bridges (alternate legs each round) 4. Tricep Extensions 5. Bicycles 6. Fly (while laying on back) 7. Plank Shoulder Taps (Bird dogs are a good mod if this exercise isnt possible) 8. Lateral Raises (can use exercise band if dont have weights) 9. J-los
