Hodge Podge with weights

Warm Up:  Jumping Jacks, Windmills, Chain Breakers, various stretches

Tha Thang:

11s (the length of the picnic shelter):  Crock pot squats with rock/weights > Bear Crawl > Monkey Humpers > Crawl Bear

Ascending Arm Work (2 rounds: 10 then 15 reps)

Arnold Press

Bent over flies

Tricep Press

Bent over rows

Leg burn out

20 sumo squats

20 curtsy lunges

20 raised clam shells

20 donkey kicks

20 single leg dead lifts

100 walking lunges

The Skinny:  The only pax that posted for this workout was 35 weeks pregnant.  I offered to stop a little early but SHE insisted we do the 100 lunges.  Pep Rally is my hero!
