We warmed up while we chatted a bit: Jacks, Butt Kickers, Jump Ropes, Storm Troopers, Windmills, Arm Circles, Torso Twists, Hip Circles. Run parking lot loop.
8 Minute EMOTM: At the start of each minute do 5 Burpees & 10 Squats. Any time left before the next minute starts is rest. Sounds easy (and starts off that way) but not so much by the end.
Ones & Twos – Animal Edition: Count off into two groups. Ones do a stationary exercise while Twos travel. Switch when Ones return.
Low Country Crab Boil / Bear Crawl
Monkey Humpers / Crab Walk
Inch Worms / Snake (i.e. grapevine)
Arm Blast – Run down to Dungeon and claim a picnic table. Do 20 each of Tri Dips, Incline Pushup, Decline Pushup (or Regular Pushup). Then 15 of each. Then 10. Then 5. *TOTAL 50 of EACH*
Ab Finisher – Run back up to parking lot and claim your mat. Timer set for 3 minutes (planned for 5 but we were short on time). Alternate between Plank and Sit-ups as you wish but must keep working for the full time.
