Friday Morning Arms

It was chilly Friday morning, but it didn’t stay that way for long.

Warm up

  • Lap around the parking lot
  • 10 Toy soldiers IC

The thang

We completed the exercises from the attached picture which came from Pinterest 45 seconds on and 15 second of rest. (physicalkitchness.com/sculpted-arm-barre-workout).

Next we did the following for a minute with 10 seconds of rest

  • Chair squat with alternating kick backs
  • Fire hydrants each side
  • Oblique crunches each side
  • Side plank with hip dips each side
  • Inner thigh leg raises each side
  • Single leg glute bridges each side
  • Straddle V-ups

We repeated some of the exercises as time allowed, but were unable to get through all of them again.
